- Booking and Application
What are the criteria to apply?
Our accommodations are intended for individuals meeting the following criteria :
- Be under 30 years old
- Be one of the following :
- A student in training or on an internship: enrolled in a higher education institution (university, school, training center, etc.)
- A teacher or researcher
Which documents should I prepare for my application?
A simple and quick file :
- Valid ID
- For foreign students: proof of legal residence in France
- Proof of student, teacher, or researcher status: enrollment certificate, professional or apprenticeship contract, or a certificate from the institution
- Proof of income for year N-2
- Guarantor (eg. Visale Guarantee)
Do I have to be a student to rent?
Yes, our residences are reserved for individuals enrolled in a higher education institution, training or apprenticeship center, etc. They are also open to teachers and researchers under 30 years old.
Can I cancel my booking before moving in?
Yes, you can cancel your booking at any time before signing the lease.
Is there a waiting list?
Yes, pending applications are processed in order of receipt of all required documents. You will be notified as soon as an apartment becomes available.
What are the conditions to sign a lease?
To obtain accommodation, you must :
- Meet income requirements
- And be a student, teacher, researcher, apprentice, or intern under 30 years old
- Visit and accommodation
Can I visit the residence before booking?
Yes, you can contact us to arrange a visit of the residence you’re interested in and your future apartment.
Are bed linen or dishes provided?
No, we do not provide bed linen or dishware kits.
Are pets allowed in the residences?
No, pets are not allowed.
- Life in the residence
Can I have guests?
Yes, your friends may visit during the day. However, overnight stays and shared rentals are not permitted.
Are events organized for residents?
To encourage social connection and a friendly atmosphere, events may be organized within our residences (often in partnership with associations or local partners).
Is there an on-site manager?
Yes, a manager is available Monday through Friday during business hours to assist you.
- Rent and payments
What is included in the monthly rent?
Many services are included to make your daily life easier :
- Rent
- Utilities package: electricity, heating, hot/cold water, maintenance of common areas and outdoor spaces
- Services: furnished apartments, Wi-Fi, fitness room, common areas (coworking, lounges, laundry, gym, etc.)
Do I need to pay a security deposit?
Yes, it equals one month of base rent.
Which payment methods are accepted?
- Direct debit
- Bank transfer
- Payment through your online tenant account
- Efficash
When is rent due?
Rent is due monthly, in arrears — that is, at the beginning of the following month. For example, February rent must be paid at the beginning of March.
