Les résidences étudiantes inauguration

On November 6 and 7, 2025, Les Résidences Yvelines Essonne marked an important milestone in their commitment to young people by inaugurating two fully renovated student housing facilities, first in Maurepas and then in Massy. These events formalized the transfer of management of both sites to the Specific Housing Department, led by Audrey Gros. Above all, they offered the opportunity to unveil transformed spaces designed to provide students with a comfortable, welcoming environment perfectly suited to their daily needs.

Inaugurations Attended by Local Officials

In Maurepas, the ceremony was held in the presence of Mayor Grégory Garestier, who highlighted the importance of such a facility for the student community and the vitality of the town.

In Massy, Mayor Nicolas Samsoen joined our teams to discover the new features and, in turn, emphasize the key role this student housing plays in welcoming young people in the area.

Their presence underscores the central place that student housing occupies in local policies and in the attractiveness of their cities.

Student Housing Redesigned to Welcome Students Better

Supported by We Make Places, an agency specialized in design, both student housing facilities underwent a complete redevelopment: reorganization of common areas, modernization of living spaces, improvement of the overall atmosphere, and integration of functional solutions to simplify students’ daily lives.

The students we met praised a more convivial, practical environment that is more conducive to studying and social life.

A Renewed Commitment: Supporting Students in Their Journey

Providing a high-quality living environment is not only a real-estate objective—it is a way of supporting young people at a key moment in their lives. The aim is to make student housing a true place to live, where one learns, grows, and plans for the future.

These two inaugurations are not only the culmination of renovation work: they represent a new step in our company’s ongoing commitment to improvement and innovation in the service of young people. They also reaffirm our dedication to facilitating residential pathways for everyone.
